GJB599 I Series
Product Overview This series of circular electrical connectors complies with the requirements of GJB599A (MIL-DTL-38999K) Series I. They feature a bayonet-style quick-connect design and boast advantages such as compact size, lightweight construction, high contact density, EMI/RFI shielding, and anti-misinsertion functionality. The contacts are available in crimp‑type and solder‑type configurations; crimp contacts can be easily connected and disconnected. The connectors come in a variety of mounting options, including box-type, wall‑mounted, front‑mount, rear‑mount, and nut‑fastened designs. This product exhibits exceptional resistance to high‑intensity vibration and is equipped with standard tail assemblies that meet the GJB1784A specification—specifically, a dedicated tail assembly for shielding cable clamping (Ti–Ni alloy memory ring). The product is offered in nine different housing codes. The mating interface and tail end incorporate sealing structures, delivering outstanding three‑environment protection performance. With an ingress protection rating of up to IP65, it features a five‑key positioning mechanism and five distinct keying positions to prevent incorrect insertion.
