XCF Series
Product Overview This series of electrical connectors is equivalent to the MIL‑C38999‑I standard, featuring high density, small size, and lightweight construction. The housing is made of high‑strength aluminum alloy, and both the plug and receptacle can be configured with either pins or sockets. The connection method employs a bayonet-style quick coupling and decoupling mechanism, offering convenient operation, reliable connections, and excellent vibration and shock resistance. The contact elements are available in soldered configurations, with the female contacts designed as wire spring contacts that provide smooth mating and unmating, low contact resistance, and superior protection against moisture, salt spray, mold, and rain. These connectors are primarily used in harsh environments such as naval vessels and other demanding applications. They are also suitable for military fields including aviation, aerospace, ordnance, and field communications, as well as for postal and telecommunications, railway command systems, computer networks, maritime applications, and wiring connections for various instruments and meters.
