Product Overview Complies with the national military standard GJB2889. Suitable for electrical connections between devices and cables, or between cable and cable, in harsh environments such as submerged or humid conditions. The hyperbolic wire spring receptacle ensures smooth connector insertion and removal while providing reliable connections. Features a bayonet-style quick-connect system that offers secure locking, robust vibration resistance, and excellent shock tolerance. Equipped with waterproof functionality, the connector can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep after mating. Includes anti‑misalignment features to effectively protect the pins from damage caused by contact with the housing. Five keyway angle positions enable both blind mating and error‑proofing. Outstanding environmental durability: aluminum alloy components exhibit salt spray resistance for up to 200 hours, while stainless steel components withstand salt spray for up to 1,000 hours. Available in 10 different contact sizes ranging from ∅0.635 mm to ∅12 mm, catering to diverse application requirements. Both male and female connectors can be configured with either pins or sockets. The termination method for both plugs and receptacles is soldering. Both the plug and receptacle housings are designed with anti‑rotation end teeth. “Oval” mounting holes enhance compatibility during receptacle installation. Adheres to the company standard: Q/321283HH28-2022. This product is fully compatible with the industry‑standard XC158 series.
